My background in design, combined with a deep understanding of local real estate trends, allows me to curate spaces that highlight a property’s full potential. Free Vacant Property Walkthrough

For vacant homes, we offer a complimentary 15–30 minute walkthrough. During this visit, we’ll tour the property and provide general insights on how we would approach staging the space. This initial meeting helps us craft an accurate bid and styling plan that aligns with the home’s architecture and your target market.

Occupied Home Consultations

For homes that are still lived in during the sale process, we offer a limited number of occupied staging services.

If you're looking to enhance your home's appeal while living in it, our Occupied Home Consultation is a great fit.

This includes:

A 1-hour in-person visit
A detailed, room-by-room Home Staging Report with actionable suggestions on furniture placement, décor edits, and styling tips
